Recommended frequency
Packages work best with a consistent schedule. A minimum of two classes per week is recommended to maintain momentum and make steady progress. Before you start, we’ll coordinate a schedule that fits your availability.
Class make-up
If you can’t attend a class, you can always make it up. You have two options: extend the time of your next sessions until you’ve recovered the full duration, or schedule an extra class at a different time. This extra class will most likely be online, as in-person availability tends to be more limited.
